Order of Lloyd Alexander Books
Lloyd Alexander (1924-2007) was an American author of fantasy novels for young adults and children. He is best known for his Chronicles of Prydain series and is also the author of the Vesper Holly series and Westmark Trilogy. He won the Newbery Medal for his 1969 novel The High King.
Lloyd Alexander wanted to be a writer ever since he was 15. He realized this dream in 1955 with the novel And Let the Credit Go, an autobiographical satire of his experiences as a bank messenger. His final novel was The Golden Dream of Carlo Chuchio and was published in 2007. Below is a list of Lloyd Alexander’s books in order of when they were first published:
