was tolls of death really written by Michael Jecks?
I have everything written by Jecks to date. I especially like the quality of his historical research using primary sources. He then writes very plausible stories within the historical framework. The quality of his writing is such that you tend not to want to put them down. To say that he is an excellent story teller is a great under statement. Whether it is a medieval novel, a short story or even if he is just a contributing author, he is always first rate. He even ventured into writing a modern spy novel and never lost his touch in telling a gripping tale. At present (2015), I just finished the second title in a trilogy that takes place in the early years of the 100 Years War. I had promised myself, once again, to read slowly. It never happens! Now, I must wait for #3. He has a good website as well as Facebook and Twitter pages not to mention great videos on You Tube. This is his primary website — http://michaeljecks.com/ No, I am not in his employee. I just want to see him keep writing as I confess to being addicted to his works.
