The Final Reckoning is a novel by Bourne that has earned comparison’s to Dan Brown. The book starts with a man’s death at the United Nations. They think at first that it was just an accidental shooting, but it turns out to be anything but and Tom Byrne ends up on the case. He’s drawn into a deadly world of hidden fellowships, unforgivable crimes, and a 60-year quest for justice. The book features Nazi soldiers and Jewish avengers, and is based on the true story of WWII survivors who took vengeance into their own hands.
Another book by Bourne is called To Kill the Truth. This unique story features someone trying to destory the evidence of the world’s greatest crimes. Holocaust survivors and academics are being found dead, and libraries and museums are being burned down. Even digital records are being erased. A former White House operative named Maggie Costello is drawn in to help figure out what is happening and she soon finds that this is bigger than anything she could’ve possibly imagined as the deadly conspiracy could ignite a new Civil War.
