T.R. Harris is a science fiction author best known for writing the long-running The Human Chronicles Saga. He is also the author of the REV Warriors series.
The Human Chronicles book series has an interesting inspiration. Harris had seen an ad for a t-shirt in an issue of Soldier of Fortune magazine that featured a muscled-up man with a smoking gun standing over a dead dragon. The caption read: “I don’t know what it was — but it’s dead!” He realized on seeing this that humans are not afraid of anything and can often overcome the biggest challenges with confidence and swagger. Why would it be any different in space?

The Fringe Worlds is the first book in the Human Chronicles Saga. The story follows Adam Cain, an alien with attitude. He was abducted by aliens and transported into a new universe. This change left him with an edge. The good news for him is that he is stronger, faster and more coordinated than all of the alien species that he has encountered. He’s a young Navy SEAL with Superman-esque powers in this alien world who doesn’t like aliens all that much and he makes them pay for it.
The REV Warriors series begins with REV. Zac Murphy is a REV warrior in the Corps who has gone of more Runs and killed more aliens than any other human. He took a performance-enhancing drug which turned him into a super killing machine. The drug has had side effects for others, but Zac is a miracle. While others are retiring, he is only getting stronger and more powerful. However, his strength is not the only side effect for him. He’s also doing something that no other REV has done before: he’s thinking.
