Antti Tuomainen is a Finnish crime author who has been crowned the “King of Helsinki Noir” by the Finnish press. He made his international debut as an author with the release of The Healer in 2010.
With the release of The Man Who Died, Tuomainen used more humor while maintaining the suspense which lead to his new title of “King of Noir Comedy”. That book ended up shortlisted for the Petrona and Last Laugh Awards, in addition to being an international best seller. Little Siberia won the Petrona Award for Best Scandinavian Crime Novel of the Year.
