Order of Karen Blixen Books
Karen Blixen (1885-1962) was a Danish author of gothic fiction and non-fiction books. Karen grew up in a wealthy family in Rungsted, Denmark – the daughter of a writer/army officer whose adventurous spirit helped cultivate Karen’s creativity. Her work mixed elements of the supernatural, aestheticism and eroticism with an aristocratic view on life.
