Charley Davidson is the protagonist in a series of paranormal romance/thriller novels by American novelist Darynda Jones. Charley Davidson is not only a private investigator based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, but she is also a Grim Reader who can see and touch the dead. Her light is visible to the dead who remained on Earth after passing, and when they pass through her, Charley can learn all about them.
