DiCaprio to Adapt Dennis Lehane Short Story
Leonardo DiCaprio and his production company Appian Way is teaming up with Canadian independent producer Calum deHartog to take the Dennis Lehane short story Running Out of Dog to the big screen.
In it, a Vietnam vet returns home to find himself involved in a love triangle with a friend and her husband. The short story was shopped around due to the success of other Lehane works including Shutter Island, Mystic River, The Wire and Gone Baby Gone.
