Order of Griff Hosker Books


Griff Hosker is an English author of epic historical fiction novels. He writes the Sword of Cartimandua, Napoleonic Horseman, Dragonheart, Wolf Brethren, Anarchy, and several other series. Originally from Lancashire, Griff qualified as an English and Drama teacher and worked in the North East of England for 35 years. After his teaching career, he ran a consultancy firm and worked as an advisor to schools in the area. However, he was put out of work by the government and felt he had too much spare time on his hands, so he began researching the Roman conquest for a novel – and so The Sword of Cartimandua was born.
