Mark Douglas-Home is a Scottish author of crime fiction novels. He writes the Cal McGill, Sea Detective series. Mark is originally a journalist who edited Scotland’s leading daily newspaper, The Herald, for five years as well as having edited The Sunday Times Scotland. When he was Scottish correspondent of The Independent, he reported on both the Lockerbie and Piper Alpha disasters. His career in journalism began as a student in South Africa where he edited the newspaper at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. After the apartheid government banned a number of editions, he was deported from the country. He lives in Edinburgh and is married with two children. (more…)

David L. Lindsey is an American novelist of crime fiction and mystery novels. He writes the Stuart Haydon series. David grew up in the Texas Rio Grande Valley as well as in West Texas. He graduated from North Texas State University with a degree in English literature and moved to Austin, Texas in 1970, where he still calls home. In the 70s, Lindsey worked as an editor at multiple small publishing houses in Austin, and also opened his own publishing firm, Heidelberg Publishers. Rosemary Kirstein is an American author of fantasy novels. She writes the Steerswomen series. Rosemary was born in Leominster, Massachusetts to German parents, and grew up in Connecticut. It was there that she studied music education at Central Connecticut University for a while before dropping out to work as a musician and songwriter. In the ’80s she moved to Greenwich Village and worked as a folk singer, holding various odd jobs, then became a computer programmer. For the past 15 years she has supported herself with a variety of IT jobs, including programming, technical writing, tech support, and user training. She lives near Boston. (more…)

Richard is an ex-Army Officer, graduate from West Point, and has a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Naval Post Graduate School. She grew up always wanting to be a writer and had her first “novel” written at age 9. She became a full-time author after having her daughter, Emma. When Jacqueline was a teenager, she worked for a magazine publishing company, and then wrote for the magazine Jackie (not named after her, despite what she was told) before becoming a full-time novelist.
